Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review 3D fabrication drawings/models for production.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and fabrication teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily fabrication activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Verify dimensions, material specifications, and drawing accuracy before manufacturing.
- Handle CNC, cutting, bending, welding, and assembly coordination.
- Maintain quality standards and reduce rework and material wastage.
- Supervise manpower and ensure proper use of tools and safety practices.
- Prepare production reports and update work progress to management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of 3D drawing/modeling software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD 3D / similar).
- Understanding of sheet metal and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOM.
- Leadership and team-handling capability.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate must have drawing knowledge in all types of furniture, including:
- Hospital furniture
- Corporate / office furniture
- Residential furniture
- Modular and customized furniture designs
* Candidates with experience in furniture design and production drawings for multiple furniture categories will be highly preferred.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in fabrication and production supervision with 3D drawing knowledge.
