Partner Marketer
We are looking for a Partner Marketer to help in positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, analyst relations, and strategic partner marketing for Kanerika's portfolio of AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation solutions. In this role, you will own how our solutions are positioned in the market, how sales teams communicate value, how analysts and partners perceive our capabilities, and how prospects experience our offerings through presentations, demos, customer stories, thought leadership, and digital assets.
You will work directly with sales, delivery, alliances, leadership, and the broader marketing team to shape our market narrative, strengthen strategic partnerships, improve analyst visibility, and build differentiated messaging that supports pipeline growth and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, partner marketing, analyst relations, solution marketing, or strategic marketing within technology consulting, AI, data, analytics, cloud, or enterprise software organizations. You have strong positioning instincts, exceptional storytelling skills, the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, and a natural curiosity for understanding market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
What You Will DoPositioning & Messaging
- Own positioning and messaging across Kanerika's priority offerings, including AI, Data, Analytics, Cloud, and industry solutions.
- Develop differentiated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and audience-specific narratives for CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes and buyer-focused messaging.
- Ensure messaging consistency across sales presentations, website content, analyst briefings, partner initiatives, campaigns, and customer-facing assets.
Sales Enablement
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, competitive intelligence reports, executive presentations, case studies, and industry-specific messaging.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to strengthen strategic pursuits and improve solution positioning.
- Equip sales teams with compelling customer-centric narratives, differentiators, and market insights.
Analyst Relations & Market Visibility
- Support relationships with industry analysts including Gartner, IDC, ISG, Everest Group, Forrester, and other influential market research organizations.
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, surveys, evaluations, and market assessments.
- Develop narratives, submissions, and supporting content for analyst reports, awards, rankings, and industry recognition programs.
- Monitor analyst feedback, market trends, and competitive developments to help refine positioning and GTM strategy.
Partner Marketing & Ecosystem Development
- Collaborate with strategic technology partners including Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, AWS, and other ecosystem partners.
- Support joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, webinars, customer success stories, and partner-led thought leadership programs.
- Develop partner-focused messaging, solution narratives, and enablement content that strengthen co-sell and go-to-market motions.
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility through partner marketplaces, events, campaigns, and strategic programs.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches
- Support the launch of new solutions, accelerators, offerings, and strategic initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align messaging and execution.
- Contribute to launch plans, sales briefings, customer communications, and market activation activities.
- Measure market response and continuously refine positioning based on feedback and performance.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Research
- Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and win/loss analysis.
- Develop actionable competitive insights that influence positioning, messaging, sales strategies, and solution development.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and buyer priorities to identify growth opportunities.
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
- Collaborate on executive thought leadership, whitepapers, POVs, webinars, industry presentations, case studies, and analyst-facing content.
- Support initiatives that strengthen Kanerika's credibility and visibility across AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation markets.
- Partner with content and digital teams to create compelling narratives that educate and influence target audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Solution Marketing, Partner Marketing, Analyst Relations, Strategic Marketing, GTM Strategy, or B2B Technology Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing positioning, messaging, and value propositions for technology solutions or services.
- Strong storytelling, content development, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating sales enablement assets including presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, and executive communications.
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys and the ability to articulate business value for executive audiences.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, customer interviews, or industry intelligence initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, delivery, alliances, and leadership teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a must.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
