Job Overview:
We are seeking a tech-savvy Back Office Executive to support our messaging automation and backend communication systems. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with WATI, Gupshup, and WhatsApp Business APIs, and will be responsible for managing backend workflows, automation setup, and platform maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update chatbot flows, message templates, and automation in WATI and Gupshup platforms.
- Monitor and maintain WhatsApp Business API integrations and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Handle backend operations and data management related to customer communication.
- Work with technical and customer support teams to optimize messaging workflows.
- Ensure smooth functioning of automation setups, webhooks, and integrations.
- Maintain records, generate performance reports, and update documentation.
- Assist in onboarding clients to messaging platforms and configuring initial setup.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a back office or technical support role.
- Strong working knowledge of WATI, Gupshup, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic automation workflows.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple backend tasks.
- Experience with Zoho CRM platform
