The Field HR Recruiter is responsible for bulk hiring of warehouse and delivery staff through field activities. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring quick closures to meet operational manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bulk hiring for warehouse roles (Ground Staff, Pickers, Packers, Delivery Executives)
- Perform field recruitment activities such as job camps, local sourcing, and vendor coordination
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure quick turnaround
- Manage walk-in drives and recruitment events
- Maintain daily hiring trackers and reports
- Handle candidate documentation and onboarding support
- Build local vendor and sourcing network for continuous hiring
- Ensure hiring targets are met within deadlines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
- Experience in logistics/e-commerce hiring is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel and work in the field

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
