Academic Mentor – NEET

Role Summary
We are hiring an Academic Mentor to support NEET aspirants in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The role involves tracking student performance, solving academic doubts, and motivating students throughout the demanding NEET preparation journey.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Tracking
- Monitor attendance, test scores, and homework completion for assigned NEET batches.
- Identify weak areas in student performance and create improvement plans.
- Track consistency and academic progress regularly.
2. Doubt Solving
- Conduct daily doubt-clearing sessions for the NEET UG syllabus.
- Explain Class 11 and Class 12 concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology clearly and effectively.
- Support students with problem-solving strategies and concept clarity.
3. Mentoring & Motivation
- Provide one-on-one guidance on:
- Study planning
- Revision strategies
- Time management
- Exam preparation techniques
- Stress management before NEET
- Motivate students to stay focused and disciplined during preparation.
4. Parent Communication
- Share regular progress updates with parents.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding student performance and improvement.
- Address academic concerns proactively.
5. Test & Performance Analysis
- Conduct test analysis sessions after exams.
- Help students identify mistakes and improve accuracy.
- Suggest targeted practice plans based on performance gaps.
6. Reporting
- Maintain daily and weekly student progress reports.
- Escalate serious academic or behavioral concerns to the NEET Academic Head.
- Ensure accurate documentation of mentoring activities.
RequirementsEducation
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
Preference will be given to Science field graduates
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mentoring or teaching NEET, JEE, or board exam students.
- Freshers with can also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of the NEET syllabus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Empathy and the ability to guide students under pressure.
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
