This role requires a creative individual with extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques, coupled with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
- Craft and serve a diverse range of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Develop and innovate new drink recipes and menus tailored to specific event themes and client preferences.
- Set up and break down portable bar stations efficiently at various event locations across Mumbai.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage and track inventory of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for each event.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, if required, and maintain proper financial records.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, checking identification and monitoring guest consumption.
- Collaborate with event planners and catering teams to ensure seamless beverage service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any beverage-related issues promptly and professionally during events.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff or assistants when necessary.
