About the Company
SSMK Buildcon Private Limited is a real estate development firm focused on residential projects in Ghaziabad. We are currently expanding our in-house sales team to manage customer interactions and drive sales for our ongoing projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building a career in sales and customer handling. This role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and assisting them throughout the initial stages of the buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
- Explain project features and offerings in a clear manner
- Coordinate and schedule site visits
- Maintain basic records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills (Hindi required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in sales/telecalling is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Attractive incentives of upto Rs 80,000 per month on sales performance
