This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who want to move beyond academic projects and understand how commercial electronic products are actually designed and developed.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in electronic circuit design and schematic development.
✅ Support component selection based on electrical, thermal, availability, cost and lifecycle requirements.
✅ Assist in PCB design activities including component placement, routing and design-rule verification.
✅ Create and verify schematic symbols, PCB footprints and component libraries.
✅ Review datasheets, reference designs and application notes.
✅ Assist in designing analog, digital, power-supply and mixed-signal circuits.
✅ Support microcontroller-based hardware development using STM32, ESP32, NXP, TI and similar platforms.
✅ Assist with communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, RS485, Ethernet and related technologies.
✅ Support prototype assembly, bring-up and debugging.
✅ Perform electrical measurements using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and other laboratory equipment.
✅ Assist in identifying PCB and hardware design issues during prototype testing.
✅ Support design verification and maintain engineering checklists.
✅ Assist in BOM preparation, component evaluation and alternative-component selection.
✅ Prepare Gerber, BOM, Pick-and-Place and manufacturing documentation.
✅ Support DFM, DFA and DFT reviews.
✅ Assist engineers during prototype manufacturing and production-support activities.
✅ Maintain proper technical documentation for projects.
Skills We Are Looking For
✅ Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics
✅ Electronic components and circuit fundamentals
✅ Schematic design
✅ Basic PCB design knowledge
✅ Microcontroller interfacing
✅ Power supplies and voltage regulation
✅ Communication protocols such as UART, I2C and SPI
✅ Ability to understand electronic component datasheets
✅ Basic electronics testing and debugging
Experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle or similar EDA software will be an advantage.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, high-speed PCB design, power integrity, controlled impedance, RF, IoT or multilayer PCB design will be considered an additional advantage.
Who Can Apply?
Students or fresh graduates pursuing/completing:
- B.Tech / B.E. – Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Embedded Systems or related disciplines
Candidates who have completed personal electronics projects, college projects or PCB designs are strongly encouraged to apply.
What We Expect
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Is genuinely interested in electronics design.
✅ Can understand why a circuit works rather than simply copying reference designs.
✅ Is comfortable reading datasheets.
✅ Pays attention to component values, pin numbers, footprints and design details.
✅ Is willing to investigate problems independently.
✅ Understands that a small hardware mistake can result in an entire PCB revision.
✅ Is willing to learn professional design practices and documentation.
