Role Overview
The role focuses on client engagement, outreach and lead generation, conducting awareness sessions
and presentations, handling enquiries, maintaining follow-ups and reports, and building strong client
relationships while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach activities and support lead generation initiatives.
Understand and explain the company's services and offerings to prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, awareness sessions, and basic presentations.
Handle and manage enquiries through inbound and outbound communication channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
Prepare daily activity updates and status reports for the team lead.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Support brand visibility and represent the organization professionally during client
interactions.
Preferred Background
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication skills (English and Malayalam preferred)
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications
Experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Sales, Marketing, or Customer
Engagement roles
Prior experience in lead generation, client outreach, or relationship management is
preferred
Exposure to conducting presentations, awareness sessions, or promotional activities is an
advantage
