Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Executive – Events who possesses strong business development, client relationship management, and event coordination skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into successful projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for the event industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate visits, cold calling, digital enquiries, and personal contacts.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Identify potential corporate clients, wedding clients, institutions, government organizations, and business partners.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and company profile demonstrations.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event concepts.
- Act as the primary point of contact from enquiry to project completion.
- Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the event.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, BOQs, and quotations in coordination with the design and operations teams.
- Follow up on submitted proposals until closure.
- Negotiate pricing while maintaining company profitability.
- Ensure all commercial terms are clearly communicated to clients.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate with Concept, Design, Production, Operations, Accounts, and Vendor Management teams.
- Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and event briefings.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
- Attend events whenever required to support successful delivery.
Revenue & Payment Collection
- Follow up with clients for advance payments as per agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Assist in achieving company revenue and collection targets.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily sales reports and weekly activity reports.
- Submit sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
- Keep proper documentation of enquiries, proposals, contracts, and client communications.
- Update CRM and internal reporting systems regularly.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging event opportunities.
- Suggest new event concepts, marketing strategies, and revenue-generation ideas.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums whenever required.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Event Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Event Management.
- Experience in an Event Management Company is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala and other locations based on project requirements.
