About Sanjay Sales Pvt. Ltd. Sanjay Sales is a trusted name in manufacturing and supplying high-quality steel products, delivering strength, precision, and reliability to industries across India. We are currently looking for two ambitious Sales Executives to join our team in Surat to drive business growth for our diverse steel portfolio, including coils, plates, TMT bars, and custom fabrication services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and generate new leads through industrial visits, cold calling, networking, and industry trade fairs to expand our reach in the steel sector.
- Technical Consultation: Leverage our expertise to provide consultative solutions for client requirements, ranging from structural steel supply to custom fabrication and processing services. Conduct on-site technical assessments and prepare detailed proposals.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead negotiations regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Excellence: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with plant heads, purchase managers, and project heads to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand for steel products, while maintaining accurate records of all leads and interactions within our CRM.
- Financial Oversight: Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely collection of advance and milestone payments and maintain a healthy receivable cycle.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; an MBA in Marketing is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in engineering or industrial sales. Prior experience specifically within the steel or heavy infrastructure sector is a strong advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with a solid understanding of the industrial project sales cycle.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, paired with a result-oriented and disciplined approach.
