Order Fulfillment: Track orders, coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners, and manage returns or RTOs (Return to Origin).
Digital Marketing & SEO: Execute promotional campaigns, manage email marketing, and optimize listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
Customer Support: Handle post-purchase queries, resolve disputes, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Reporting: Analyze web traffic, sales performance, and ad ROI to generate actionable insights.
Core Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and vendor dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub).
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
