Educational Qualification: BHM
Experience: 1-3 years in QSR, bakery, canteen, or food retail preferred
Responsibilites:
- Food Service: Heat/reheat food items as per SOP, plate neatly, and serve to customers
- Customer Handling: Greet customers, take orders, explain menu items, handle queries about ingredients/allergens
- Billing & Cash collection/operate POS
- Hygiene & Safety: Keep counter, equipment, and service area clean.
- Follow FSSAI hygiene standards. Check expiry dates and food temperature
- Stock Management: Restock display counter, report low stock, ensure FIFO
- Cleanliness: Clean equipment like microwave, oven, hot case after use. Maintain overall counter cleanliness
- Team Support: Assist with opening/closing duties, coordinate with kitchen for fresh stock
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
