Job Overview:
VSM Marketing is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs
- Pitch company services and convert leads into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation strategies
- Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in sales/business development is an added advantage
