About Us
Vittafin Securities Private Limited is a growing financial services firm based in Kozhikode, specializing in the stock market and unlisted shares. We are looking for an organized and approachable HR Manager to run our daily team operations.
What You Will Do
- Hiring: Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Payroll & Attendance: Track attendance, manage leave, and process monthly payroll accurately.
- Team Management: Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and keep the team motivated.
- Compliance: Ensure the company follows basic labor laws and internal policies.
- Administration: Keep employee records up to date and manage general office administration.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR or Administration.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing and basic HR functions.
- Familiarity with HR software (experience with Zoho is a big plus).
- A highly organized person who can handle confidential information responsibly.
