Role Summary
SOAI India Private Limited is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end Amazon marketplace operations for its AULA brand portfolio. The role encompasses sales performance monitoring, catalogue management, advertising, inventory planning, FBA operations, account health, returns and claims management, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Performance Monitoring
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, including orders, sales, returns, refunds, and resolution of marketplace issues.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Analyse SKU level trends, identify sales gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve business targets.
Catalogue and Content Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings for AULA products, including variations, titles, bullet points, keywords, backend attributes, images, videos, and A+ Content.
Advertising Management
- Manage Amazon Advertising campaigns. Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, keywords, search terms, bids, and budgets to improve advertising efficiency.
Inventory and FBA Management
- Monitor FBA and warehouse inventory. Analyse stock cover and sales velocity to identify risks of stock outs or overstocking, and plan timely replenishment.
- Manage FBA shipment planning and tracking, receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, unfulfillable inventory, and aged inventory.
Pricing and Promotions
- Monitor product pricing, Buy Box status, coupons, promotions, and deals. Coordinate inventory availability for major sale events.
Returns and Reimbursements
- Analyse customer returns, refunds, and product level return reasons. Coordinate corrective actions for products with high return rates.
- Track FBA inventory discrepancies, raise eligible reimbursement and claim cases, follow up until closure, and coordinate reconciliation with the Accounts team.
Account Health and Compliance
- Monitor account health, policy notifications, listing compliance issues, and performance risks. Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical issues.
- Raise and follow up on Amazon support cases related to catalogue, inventory, payment, account, and operational matters until resolved.
Reporting
- Prepare and maintain regular reports covering sales, inventory, advertising, returns, reimbursements, case tracking, and overall marketplace performance for management review.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands on experience in Amazon Marketplace Operations, preferably within the electronics or gaming accessories category.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central. Experience with Vendor Central is an advantage.
- Sound understanding of catalogue management, FBA operations, inventory planning, and Amazon Advertising.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and business reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage marketplace operations and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
