The Role
FLAME University is seeking a motivated and capable Executive to contribute to its mission of delivering exceptional liberal arts education. This role supports the university's academic and operational goals, working collaboratively across teams to ensure excellence in all functions.

Execute primary responsibilities of the Executive role with diligence and professionalism.
Contribute to team objectives and departmental goals through high-quality work outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve institutional priorities.
2. Planning & Execution
Participate in planning and execution of key departmental projects and initiatives.
Track progress against goals, report on outcomes, and address challenges proactively.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting aligned with institutional standards.
3. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Represent the department professionally in all internal and external engagements.
4. Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas.
Stay updated on best practices, trends, and developments relevant to the role.
Support institutional initiatives, accreditation activities, and quality improvement efforts.

Experience: 2–8 years of relevant professional experience.
Competency: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, mission-driven academic environment.
Professionalism: High standards of integrity, accountability, and collaborative work ethic.
Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant institutional systems.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
