Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's GeM portal account.
- Upload, update, and optimize product/service listings on the GeM portal.
- Search and participate in relevant bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.
- Prepare and submit bid documents within specified timelines.
- Monitor bid status, order approvals, and contract execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and invoice submission.
- Resolve customer queries and support government buyers through the GeM portal.
- Track payments and follow up for outstanding receivables.
- Maintain records of bids, orders, contracts, and related documents.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, guidelines, and portal updates.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GeM Portal operations and tendering processes.
- Understanding of government procurement procedures.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to analyze bid requirements and prepare accurate submissions.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹10,077.92 - ₹25,000.00 per month
