Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist & Creative Designer to join our team at Enternetz. The ideal candidate will manage various aspects of digital marketing, including our social media presence, creating engaging content, executing email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO, analyzing data, and building event lists. Additionally, they will be tasked with creating captivating visuals and graphics to complement our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule social media content calendar.
- Monitor all social media channels and engage with the online community.
- Prepare reports for social media performance.
- Develop exclusive social media strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, including competitor analysis.
Content Creation:
- Generate compelling content including blog posts, whitepapers, emailers, website content, and presentations.
- Create visually appealing graphics and visuals to accompany written content.
Email/LinkedIn Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize tools for data mining.
- Manage contact data using tools like HubSpot.
- Prepare subscriber lists and create targeted email campaigns.
SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
- Build quality backlinks for off-page SEO.
- Implement technical SEO optimizations and local SEO strategies.
- Regularly monitor and optimize website performance for search engines.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Compile and analyze data across all marketing channels.
- Incorporate feedback to refine marketing strategies.
Events List Building:
- Research and build lists of PEB events globally.
- Identify exhibiting companies and plan outreach strategies for event attendees.
Creative Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for social media, blogs, emails, and website.
- Create compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and storytelling.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and outreach would be a plus.
