Position 1: Block Coordinator
Location: Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Immediate Joining Preferred
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Preferably in Public Health, Community Development, NGO Sector, or Social Development Programs)
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and oversee the implementation of project activities across assigned blocks, ensuring timely achievement of project targets and deliverables.
· Supervise and support Community Facilitators and field staff through regular monitoring, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives.
· Establish and maintain strong coordination with block-level government departments, health officials, frontline workers, and other key stakeholders.
· Plan, organize, and monitor trainings, Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) campaigns, community engagement activities, and health outreach programs.
· Review field data, ensure quality documentation, track project progress against indicators, and prepare periodic reports for program management.
· Facilitate problem-solving, strengthen beneficiary linkages to health and nutrition services, and ensure effective last-mile delivery of project interventions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
- Knowledge of public health and social development programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
