Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into bookings and registrations. The CRE ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize lead conversion, bookings, and registrations.
- Assist customers during the booking, documentation, and registration process.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and excellent service.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead follow-up, site visits, bookings, and customer engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure timely follow-up on campaign-generated leads.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or real estate (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
