We are looking for a Fresher Textile Engineer to join our manufacturing operations at Sarigam Plant. The candidate will be trained across various textile production processes and will support production, quality, process improvement, and plant operations. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial textile manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Understand and monitor textile manufacturing processes and machinery operations.
- Support production teams in achieving quality and productivity targets.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
- Assist in quality checks, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational standards at the plant.
- Prepare reports and maintain process-related documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of fibres, yarns, fabrics, and textile testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Educational Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech in Textile Engineering (Mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers preferred).
- Internship / industrial training experience in textile manufacturing will be an advantage.
Work Location: Sarigam Industrial Area, Valsad, Gujarat
Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant Setup / Shift Operations (as required)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
