Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer – Azure to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, security, automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage scalable and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Azure services including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Load Balancer, and Azure Monitor.
- Implement and maintain Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, and routing.
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM/Bicep templates.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or scripting languages.
- Monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure system availability and performance.
- Implement cloud security, identity, access management, and compliance best practices using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure security services.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for Azure workloads.
- Optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and other stakeholders to support application deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering / Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Good knowledge of: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Network (VNet), Azure Storage, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Functions
- Strong understanding of Azure networking and security.
- Experience with Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Azure CLI and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes/AKS is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and cloud automation practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
