We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, vendors, distributors, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, following up on orders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Management teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up with vendors and distributors for quotations, product availability, pricing, and deliveries.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Track active orders and ensure timely completion of pending tasks.
- Maintain MIS reports, Excel trackers, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain vendor records, customer documentation, and order history.
RequirementsMust Have
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc., etc.)
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back Office, Operations, Procurement, or Order Processing.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
Preferred
- Experience in IT Hardware, Software, Distribution, or Reseller Industry.
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or any ERP/CRM software.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and purchase order processes.
