Achieve monthly/quarterly targets through enrolments set by the Departmental Head
- Customer Acquisition & Meetings:
Conduct 18–25 meetings per week with SME/entrepreneur prospects to pitch offerings and close deals.
Track and follow up on all incoming leads from CRM, reviewers, campaigns, and references.
- Sales Presentations & Consultations:
Conduct structured solution-selling presentations based on smmart's sales frameworks (SPANCO, SPIN, Burgers).
Handle objections, offer solutions, and ensure quick conversion from inquiry to closure.
- CRM Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of meetings, lead progress, closure details, and pipeline forecasts in DAR / CRM.
- Client Servicing Coordination:
Ensure post-enrolment formalities adherence, coordinate handover to the Review & Delivery team for seamless onboarding.
Gather client reviews, testimonials, and referrals post-conversion for continued brand credibility.
- Seminar & Workshop Enrolments:
Ensure conversion of footfalls from smmart workshops/seminars into full program enrolments.
Pay: Up to ₹39,000.00 per month
