NTOS Business Development Lead (Events & Activations)
Location: Mumbai & Western India
ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead Non-Traditional Offline Sales (NTOS) through events, mall activations, and partnerships. The role focuses on building Aretto’s presence across schools, societies, malls, and exhibitions while driving revenue and brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and onboard high-quality event opportunities (schools, malls, exhibitions, societies) Drive sales performance through on-ground activations Build and manage strategic partnerships with event organizers and stakeholders Ensure strong brand visibility and customer acquisition at all activations Plan and execute events end-to-end (setup, staffing, sales, reporting) Manage multiple events/projects simultaneously across locations Track performance, revenue, and ROI of each activation Expand NTOS channel across Mumbai and Western India Lead and manage on-ground teams/promoters
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Business development and partnership acquisition Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in events, exhibitions, and activations Relationship management with malls, schools, and organizers Revenue generation and target achievement Team handling and leadership skills Strong communication and presentation skills Planning, coordination, and execution ability Analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM) Problem-solving and decision-making mindset Ability to travel and handle multiple projects Strong networking within events/retail ecosystem Self-driven and result-oriented approach
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in any field Upto 1 year of experience in events, activations, or business development Freshers with strong energy, communication, and interest in events can also be considered Experience in society events, mall activations, or exhibitions preferred SUCCESS METRICS:
Number of quality events executed Revenue generated from activations New partnerships acquired Brand visibility and customer acquisition Growth of NTOS channel
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
