The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role involves managing restaurant, bar, banquet operations, and maintaining service standards in line with the hotel’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bar, room service, and banquets
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints effectively
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Plan and manage menus in coordination with the Head Chef
- Control costs by managing inventory, wastage, and procurement
- Analyze sales and revenue reports to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff
- Schedule staff duties and ensure adequate manpower at all times
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Plan promotions, events, and special offers to boost sales
