Role: Project Instrumentation Engineer
Desired Qualification:
- B.E or Diploma in Instrumenataion Engineering with Minimum 1-3 years of Relevant Experience
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation engineering principles, industrial standards, and project execution methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise with PLC/DCS systems, field instruments, and control system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design review, supervision, and site inspection of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) activities for engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international codes, standards, and industry best practices, while managing and reviewing all instrumentation-related drawings and technical documentation.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of a wide range of field instruments.
- Support and troubleshoot PLC/DCS systems, ensuring smooth integration and functionality during erection and commissioning phases.
- Review and interpret P&IDs, IO lists, instrumentation layouts, cable schedules, and other project deliverables.
- Coordinate and supervise instrumentation teams, ensuring effective manpower allocation, safety compliance, and execution of site activities.
- Monitor and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
