We are looking for an experienced and dedicated USA Caller Associate to join our team for an international process. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients and getting projects with US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to talk to clients to get the projects.
- Follow up to get projects.
- Ensure timely followup with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions
- Work on denied calls & follow up.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- Good English communication skills
- Freshers can Apply
- Basic knowledge of international Calling
- Communication skills should be awsome.
