Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (Conversion Role) who will be responsible for converting warm and qualified leads into paying customers.
⚡ No cold calling. No lead generation required.
You will work on pre-qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, and inquiries.
Your primary responsibility is to understand customer needs, explain our offerings clearly, build trust, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, Google meet, or email.
- Understand the prospect’s trading background and investment goals.
- Explain AlgoClub’s platform, features, and value proposition.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward enrollment.
- Follow up systematically to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For

- Confidence in handling sales conversations.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build trust quickly.
- Comfortable discussing financial/trading-related concepts.
- Basic understanding or interest in stock markets/trading is a plus.
