Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales, marketing, and backend operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, coordinating client meetings, managing property inventory, and driving sales conversions while maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, and builders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing
- Execute social media campaigns and advertisements.
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing.
- Conduct sales calls and follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Client Coordination
- Schedule meetings between buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with internal team members for smooth execution.
Market Research
- Collect competitor, broker and builder data.
- Monitor market trends and pricing.
Inventory & Back-end
- Maintain property listings and inventory.
- Ensure property information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with documentation and backend operations.
Required Skills
Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills, social media marketing knowledge, organizational skills, basic MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
