SN & Company- Lucknow is hiring for experienced & professional Purchase Manager.

Exp: 5-8 years in Purchase role preferance to similar Industry
Qualification - B.E. / B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of civil, interior, MEP, finishing, and general construction materials.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system against approved indents.
- Float enquiries, obtain quotations, perform comparative analysis, and negotiate rates with vendors.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain a reliable vendor database.
- Coordinate with project sites, stores, accounts, and vendors to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor material deliveries, logistics, freight, and resolve supply-related issues.
- Verify purchase bills, PO compliance, GST/E-Way Bills, and supporting documentation before payment processing.
- Track inventory levels in coordination with stores to avoid stock shortages and excess procurement.
- Ensure procurement is in line with approved budgets, project schedules, and quality specifications.
- Maintain procurement MIS, vendor performance records, rate contracts, and monthly purchase reports.
- Support management in cost optimization, procurement planning, and continuous process improvements.
Experience in handling procurement for civil, interior finishing, MEP, and structural materials is preferred.
