Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, order collection, market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Promote company products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requirements promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect market feedback and customer insights.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and market penetration.
Order Management
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate product requirements.
Collection & Payment Follow-Up
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain records of customer accounts and payment status.
- Support the finance team in resolving payment-related issues.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain customer visit reports and sales activity records.
- Submit market intelligence and competitor analysis reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
