We have an opportunity for someone to join us as a Regional Head of Service Delivery to work in a truly global environment and is responsible for implementing, managing, and executing regional payrolls and benefits within the HR Operations COE. They will lead end-to-end People services delivery for the region, ensuring consistent, accurate and compliant execution. The role requires a strong technical payroll and benefits knowledge,experience and understanding of global payroll and benefits management, stakeholder relationship management
in addition to project delivery and merger and acquisition integration. The role sits within the HR Operations COE within HR and will work closely with HR Business Partners in the delivery of people services and the Global Head of Reward and Finance COE in the delivery of payroll and benefits activities reporting to Head of Global HR Operations.

This role will be working from our Hartree office based in Hyderabad.
Payroll Administration & Governance
- Oversee end-to-end processing of multi country/regional payrolls, ensuring all pay cycles are run accurately and on time
- Lead, check and approve all Payroll activities across the region, ensuring data security, integrity and accessibility across HR, Payroll and Finance systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the regional payroll vendor and internal finance teams to reconcile accounts and invoices
- Develop systems, procedures and controls to ensure strong governance and compliance of payroll activities and processing
Benefits Management
- Manage the design, renewal and administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. private medical, life insurance, retirement/pension plans)
- Develop systems, procedures and controls to ensure strong governance and compliance of benefit programs and processing
- Serve as a subject matter expert in benefits legislation, market trends and good practise, as well as a comprehensive understanding of system design and configuration
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure that all Payroll & Benefits technical and governance required documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists and country specific guardrails are created and maintained, and understood by all stakeholders
- Conduct pre-payroll audits and error checks, ensuring proper handling of statutory requirement, pension contributions and tax filings
- Independently manage internal stakeholder relationships, building high levels of trust and confidence and anticipating and addressing stakeholder and business needs proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with regional legislation, labour laws and statutory reporting requirements
- Manage regional Payroll data, working with the Head of HR Intelligence and Global Head of Reward to generate dashboards and track metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks and support annual salary reviews
People Services Delivery & Ownership
- Manage end-to-end People services delivery for the group, ensuring consistent, accurate and compliant execution
- Act as the escalation point for complex employee and manager queries
- Own the training, the service standards and continuous improvement across the Tier 1 service centre
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver seamless, end-to-end HR services
- Work with the Global Head of Opps to strengthen the alignment between service delivery, HR strategy and business needs
- Translate HR and business requirements into scalable, well-designed processes and solutions
- Ensure shared services is fully embedded within the HR’s Operating Model
Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Drive operational excellence across the global HR organization and evolving operating model
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Payroll and Benefits legislation, market trends and good practice
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization and scalable solutions across the HR enterprise
- Support organizational growth, business expansions, mergers, acquisitions and integration activities globally
- Lead the execution of complex Payroll and Benefits programs to include implementations, project management, M&A integration, renewals, transfers, vendor changes and optimisation projects within the region
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 – 15 years of dedicated experience in payroll and benefits administration, specifically handling multi-regional/country jurisdictions
- Proven track record of multi-country payroll management with experience in the specified region
- Experience of benefits processing and ideally management of programs and plans, including renewals
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Oracle), payroll platforms and Microsoft Excel (data analysis, vlookups, modelling)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Impeccable attention to detail, high commercial acumen for vendor negotiations and strong interpersonal skills to translate complex pay/benefit topics to employees
- Strong commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive, agile, analytical and solution orientated
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple workstreams through planning, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll interfaces and the upstream and downstream impacts
