We are seeking experienced Business Analysts.
Key Skills:
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases).
- Proven experience working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in process modeling and tools (UML, BPMN, flowcharts, Visio, etc.).
- Proficient in using AI tools to create accurate BRDs, mockup screens, and story points.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience in system integration projects or digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Support solution design, testing, and validation processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
- Assist in UAT, change management, and user training.
