Job Title: Social Media Executive
About the Role:
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing the company’s digital and social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and lead generation. This role focuses on planning, creating, and optimizing content across digital channels while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. The role also involves coordinating online campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective digital execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and audience interactions across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all social channels.
2. Content Creation & Coordination
- Create and curate high-quality visual and written content — including graphics, reels, videos, stories, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the sales team for creative campaign execution.
- Arrange and coordinate video shoots, assisting with scripting and concept development.
3. Campaigns & Advertising
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) when applicable.
- Support email marketing campaigns and website updates in alignment with CRM strategies.
4. Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor social media and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Recommend actionable insights for content optimization and audience growth.
5. Industry Awareness & Innovation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging tools.
- Suggest and test innovative ideas to enhance digital presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proficiency in social media tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Experience in coordinating shoots and managing digital campaigns is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
