Job Summary
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and supporting monthly and annual financial closing. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting software, GST compliance, and coordination with auditors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, and bank transactions
- Ensure accurate accounting in Tally / ERP / accounting software
- Maintain fixed asset register and account for depreciation
GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
- Reconcile input tax credit (ITC) and follow up on mismatches
- Maintain GST records and support during assessments / audits
- Handle TDS compliance (calculation, challans, returns – 24Q, 26Q)
- Support compliance under PF, ESI, Professional Tax (if applicable)
Banking & Reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly
- Reconcile cash, vendor, and customer accounts
- Coordinate with banks for payments, statements, and confirmations
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Track accounts receivable, follow up for collections
- Prepare aging analysis for debtors and creditors
Financial Reporting & Closing
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
- Prepare schedules for statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit
- Support preparation of MIS reports for management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants
- Support finance team in budgeting and cost analysis
- Assist in implementation of finance process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax
- Experience in Tally / ERP systems
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
