We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and capable of generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets for our Company.
Training Period Structure
Three Months of Training Programs:
Training Period: Based on performance and contributions during the training period, candidates will be considered for a full-time role with a competitive salary package.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Understand client business needs and pitch digital marketing solutions effectively.
Handle inbound and outbound leads
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
Maintain and update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales /business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with B2B sales.
Knowledge of lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM platforms.
Local market understanding (Coimbatore / Tamilnadu).
