Position Summary
TGH is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead enterprise integration projects and ensure successful delivery across scope, timelines, quality, resources and customer commitments. The role requires strong delivery governance, risk mitigation, resource management and stakeholder leadership, along with a sound understanding of integration technologies.
Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from planning through successful production deployment and closure.
- Establish project plans, milestones, governance mechanisms and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Drive effective resource allocation, capacity planning and utilization across projects.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and delivery bottlenecks.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability and execution discipline across teams.
- Manage customer and executive stakeholders through structured communication, reporting and timely escalation.
- Drive Agile delivery, project governance, financial/resource tracking and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely and controlled DEV → QA/UAT → PROD releases and production readiness.
- Partner with Architects and Technical Leads to resolve technical dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Monitor project health, KPIs, milestones and commitments, driving corrective actions where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, quality, automation and operational processes.
- Drive successful project closure, knowledge transition and continuous improvement.
Technical & Domain Understanding
Working knowledge of:
- Enterprise Integration and API-led architecture
- REST/SOAP, SFTP and database integrations
- API Management
- ETL/ELT and data integration
- Integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services
- Cloud and enterprise application integrations
- Integration monitoring, error handling and troubleshooting
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of IT experience, with strong Project Management and delivery leadership experience.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise integration, data or cloud projects.
- Strong capability in resource allocation, risk mitigation, delivery governance and stakeholder management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Strong executive communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers, architects, technical leaders and business stakeholders.

Pay: ₹622,067.26 - ₹2,143,233.42 per year
