Position Title: Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics ERP

Work Location: Bangalore, India (with flexibility to work across global time zones)

ERBrains IT Solutions are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager with strong expertise in:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
The ideal candidate must have evolved from a Solution Architect / Functional Lead role and possess deep functional and delivery knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
This role requires ownership of end-to-end ERP implementation delivery, including pre-sales support, planning, execution, governance, and client communication across global projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

Manage full lifecycle ERP implementations from Requirement Gathering to Go-Live and Hypercare
- Create detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and billing alignment
- Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards
- Conduct daily/weekly project reviews and scrum calls

Team & Resource Management

Lead cross-functional teams including:
- Functional Consultants
- Technical Developers
- Infrastructure / IT teams
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability
- Track resource utilization, timesheets, and productivity
- Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all project phases
- Drive governance through:
- Steering committee meetings
- Weekly status reports
- Executive presentations
- Manage client expectations, risks, and escalations effectively

Solution & Functional Oversight

Provide functional and architectural guidance on D365 F&O and Business Central
- Ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Validate CRPs, UAT cycles, and final solution design

Pre-Sales & Proposal Support

Participate in requirement discovery sessions and demos
- Support preparation of:
- Scope of Work (SOW)
- Effort estimation
- Resource planning
- Costing and commercials
- Collaborate with sales and functional teams during pursuits

Documentation & Governance

Ensure timely creation, review, and submission of:
- FRD / FDD
- Test scripts
- Training materials
- SOPs
- Maintain project governance frameworks and quality standards

Commercial & Financial Coordination

Align project milestones with billing and invoicing schedules
- Coordinate with Accounts on:
- Contracts
- Invoices
- Payment tracking
- Ensure project profitability and margin control

Vendor & External Consultant Management

Manage third-party vendors and external consultants
- Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines

Resource Forecasting & Hiring Support

Work with HR to forecast resource requirements in advance
- Participate in hiring and evaluation of ERP consultants
Required Skillset
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)
-
5–6 years of Project Management experience in Microsoft Dynamics partner organizations
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience as a Solution Architect / Senior Functional Consultant
- Minimum 4–5 full-cycle ERP implementations
- Strong exposure to global clients (India + ROW: UAE, USA, Europe, etc.)

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certification
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications (F&O / Business Central)
- Experience in multi-country / multi-entity implementations
- Exposure to integration projects and ISV solutions
