We are establishing our presence in Ahmedabad and are seeking a visionary, highly technical Senior Interior Designer to lead our interior fit-out and design management workflows.
Position Summary
A BIM (Building Information Modeling) Modeler is responsible for transforming 2D design drawings, sketches, and engineering concepts into data-rich, intelligent 3D models. They collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clash-free integration across all building systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities (All Disciplines)
- Model Development: Create accurate 3D objects, components, and templates using software like Autodesk Revit.
- Standard Compliance: Align digital models with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards.
- Clash Detection: Identify and document overlapping physical elements across disciplines before onsite construction begins.
- Documentation Extraction: Generate accurate 2D shop drawings, construction documents, and schedules directly from the 3D model.
- Data Integration: Input precise parametric information including material properties, dimensions, and manufacturer specifications into the model.
Discipline-Specific Responsibilities
Structure BIM Modeler
- Load-Bearing Elements: Model concrete foundations, framing, steel columns, beams, trusses, and reinforcement details (rebar).
- Structural Details: Create shop drawings for complex structural joints, steel connections, and pre-cast concrete components.
- Analytical Translation: Coordinate with structural engineers to adapt analytical models into accurate physical geometric shapes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
