We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive who can help expand our outreach, generate qualified leads, and support our business development efforts in a fast-paced BPO / IT environment.
Position: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years
Industry: BPO / IT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential prospects through various channels
Generate and qualify leads using BANT methodology Execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling activities Work closely with the sales team to convert MQLs into SQLs
Maintain accurate lead data and CRM records
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 6 months to 4 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Knowledge of B2B lead generation processes
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
