Job Requirements:
Education Qualification:
B.Tech/Diploma(Mechanical/Electrical) or
Graduate degree or equivalent qualification (preferably in Transport Management / Administration)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, transport, or depot management
- Strong knowledge of bus operations, scheduling, and compliance procedures
- Familiarity with SOPs, reporting formats, and manpower management
- Ability to handle on-route issues and coordinate with higher authorities effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation

- Excellent leadership and team supervision abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making under pressure
- Attention to detail with focus on compliance and timely reporting
- Ability to maintain 100% fleet availability and driver strength as per agreement
- Time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
