Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated CNC Setter to ensure machines run correctly, meet quality standards, and meet production targets in the manufacturing unit. Candidates should have basic knowledge of CNC machines, drawing reading.
Education Qualification :
12th / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Responsibility:
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Candidates should have knowledge of engineering drawing & programming.
- Handle instruments for finished component inspection.
- Possess proper machine knowledge.
- Prepare reports.
- Perform parts inspection.
- Monitor tool condition and coolant levels.
- Submit proper reports in the morning and evening.
- Inspect finished products according to quality and accuracy standards.
- Handover defect-free products to the Quality Department.
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience as CNC Setter preferred.
- Freshers with ITI / Diploma qualification can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of machining and measuring tools.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
