About the Role
We are a growing Real Estate company based in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, looking for energetic and confident Telecallers who can engage with leads, build trust over calls, and convert conversations into site visits.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors from the provided database.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
✅ Lead Qualification
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Categorize and qualify leads for the sales team.
✅ Site Visit Scheduling
- Convince interested prospects to schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth execution.
✅ Follow-Up Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with warm and cold leads through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
- Keep prospects engaged throughout their buying journey.
✅ CRM & Database Management
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up details accurately.
- Maintain daily records in CRM systems or lead trackers.
✅ Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about ongoing projects, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
- Confidently explain project details to prospective clients.
Requirements
✔ Fresher or up to 3 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer interaction.
✔ Basic understanding of residential and commercial real estate projects.
✔ Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
✔ Confident, pleasant, and persuasive speaking ability.
✔ Positive attitude toward achieving daily call and follow-up targets.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
✔ Must be based in Ahmedabad or able to commute to Prahladnagar.
