Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Intern who can sniff out new opportunities, build relationships like a pro, and help fuel our growth engine.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Opportunity Hunting – Identify, research, and reach out to potential partners, clients, and collaborators who need (but don’t yet know they need) the Pexaworks magic.
2. Pipeline Powering – Help maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of leads, keeping things moving from “Hello” to “Let’s sign.”
3. Proposal Magic – Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations that actually make jaws drop.
4. Market Research – Dive deep into industries, sectors, and competitor insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
5. Relationship Building – Support ongoing communication with prospects and partners in a way that’s warm, genuine, and strategic—not spammy.
6. Team Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and make big things happen (with the occasional meme encouraged).
What We’re Looking For
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills—bonus points if you can write LinkedIn messages that actually get replies.
3. A natural networker who is confident, curious, and genuinely interested in people and businesses.
4. Research skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.
5. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, or others), lead generation tools, and spreadsheets that don’t look like chaos.
6. A growth mindset—you’re here to learn, hustle, and maybe help us land the next big client.
