Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects across all phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and execution) Develop innovative design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure design intent is maintained Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools Excellent knowledge of construction details and materials Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
