Job description (Roles and Responsibilities for
(a) CUSTOMER CARE CUM SALES CO ORDINATOR (b) CUSTOMER CARE CUM PRICING CO ORDINATOR)
- Sourcing the Ocean Export Freight from the different carrier and for different sectors within time frame.
- Co-Coordinating and supporting to the sales team for approval from the client as handling nomination.
- Booking with carrier through online and communicating with carrier to ensure any mistake or delay.
- Arranging & confirming cargo space with carriers.
- Preparing & processing export declaration, including the required electronic export information like MANIFESTATION, VGM, AMS etc…
- From Sourcing Price to quoting and until Service Invoicing support, Booking, Arranging & confirming cargo space.
- Communication with the client and smooth information – approach and shipping.
- Complete knowledge of geography for the Freight forwarding routings, as below:
- Candidate should know the Shipping Line / NVOCC / Carrier service provider – who is serving for which sector.
- Candidate should know the People seating in the Shipping Line / NVOCC / Carrier’s desk who is quoting the price level – to get the market best pricing.
- Candidate should be well knowledge about the Ocean Freight Services and its Lane to procure the best rates and pricing.
Desired Candidate Profile as below:
- Any Male / Female candidate with 4-5 years of experience into Marine Logistics/Cargo Operations and Customer Services.
- Qualification of Degree is no bar but must need good skills of communication in speaking and writing.
- Candidate must be preferred from Same trade or Co Loader services.
- Candidate must be a self-motivator / Self Learner / Problem solution management skills / Time management and result oriented with prompt delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
