Position: Senior Sales Executive / Manager
Location: West Bengal (1 position)

Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage key accounts across the West Bengal territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for West Bengal
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors/clients
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Coordinate with production/dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Handle collections and ensure timely payment recovery
- Submit regular sales reports (DSR, MIS) to management
- Travel extensively across West Bengal to meet clients and dealers
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the West Bengal market
- Willingness to travel extensively within West Bengal
- Good communication skills in Bengali and English
Salary: As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
