Business Development Executive
Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate and convert leads through tele-calling and direct client interaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with basic knowledge of IT services, computer support and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into sales
- Effectively explain IT services, AMC packages and software solutions to clients
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain follow-ups
- Schedule and attend client meetings across Kerala when required
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable service solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
- Proven ability in telesales / business development / lead conversion
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computer services, IT support and software solutions
- Confidence in handling potential clients and closing deals
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for client meetings (if required)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field (Business, IT, or related preferred)
- Basic understanding of IT services, computer hardware/software, or AMC services will be an advantage
- Prior experience in telesales / business development / customer handling preferred
- Proficiency in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools)
- Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
